Not that that is a problem per-se, just by 3/4 of the way through it I found myself saying "enough already" we get you loved the guy. However it is obviously written from a perspective and viewpoint of a JFK fan. It is an interesting alternative history. Not truly no, at least not without giving away a plot point near the end I shall not detail. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you? Amusingly, when trying to perform the NYC accent his Bostonian one came through stronger than when voicing a character from Boston. He has a poor English accent, a main character that is from NYC I think he tried to give a NYC accent to but didn't manage it. What aspect of Rich McVicar’s performance would you have changed? So much so I almost stopped the book more than once. Some details were a bit much and oddly at times a bit too little, and the constant love affair with JFK got over way over the top at times. Writer had some interesting ideas that were key to me continuing to listen. What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting? Would you consider the audio edition of Resurrection Day to be better than the print version?ĭon't know, as didn't read the print version

We're conditioned not to ask for things - and when we do ask for them, we've learned that we have to offer something in return. So the trick is to take your idea and set it on a collision course with reality as soon as possible. It was kind of a catch-22: You couldn't prove to your investors that your idea would work unless they gave you money to prove that your idea could work. You have to convince future employees, investors, business partners, and board members that your idea is worth spending money, reputation, and time on. When you start a company, what you're really doing is getting other people to latch on to an idea. And while you're at it, try and find something that's more than just a onetime scale, so that once you've found a customer, you'll be able to sell to them over and over again. You want something where the effort it takes to sell a dozen is identical to the effort it takes to sell just one.
